We address key barriers to protection, participation and governance by among others: positioning children’s settings to ensure children's effective participation and voice on policy issues of interest to children; taking action to prevent and eliminate physical and humiliating punishment (PHP), while promoting positive discipline in school, family and community settings; Building the capacity of stakeholders and community groups to leverage safe and child-friendly environments free of abuse, violence, exploitation and neglect; and to respond to all forms of violence against children.
We work on issues of SRHR issues , Teenage Pregnancy, Teen Mothers and Vulnerable young Mothers
We value your child’s safety and protection. As such, our promise and commitment is to create and maintain a safe environment for children and adults engaged with the school community.
Parents who engage with their children from a young age in simple activities such as singing, storytelling, and exposing their children to a print-rich environment can help build the foundations of their emergent literacy skills. We will work with families on continuous, joint goal setting for children. As such we promote strong program family partnerships characterized by trust, shared values, ongoing communication, mutual respect, and attention to the child’s wellbeing. Positive family-program connections have been linked to greater academic motivation, grade promotion, and socio-emotional skills across all types of young children.
